All orders are subject to standard UPS ground shipping charges. We don't add any handling fees to the UPS charges, so you receive the lowest shipping costs. Orders ship in the continential US only, and all expedited methods of shipment (Next Day or Second Day) will incur additional fees.
Lead Time
Most orders ship the next business day. If the goods ordered are out-of-stock, we will notify you immediately and do our best to fill your order promptly.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with any of our products, simply send us an email explaining why. We will credit your account for all unused goods. If you are returning goods that are NOT defective, there will be a 15% restocking fee.
